How can digital elements work to create a more holistic experience across the different touchpoints?
My main contribution in this project was the digital UX design. Visual identity, interaction flow and final animations of the GUI.
The app and on board screen interfaces carry a neumorphic aesthetic to match the look, feel and colour of the physical stop button and check in terminal.
From a bumpy ride to a shared, and more personal experience
Behind the button
Starting with a breakdown of the current user experience and traditional bus button system we developed a more personal user journey, identifying the sound components and functions necessary. Aiming for a more cohesive, clear and refined experience.
